Somewhere Project

 


The somewhere project was a great way to learn how to edit pictures on Photoshop. This was something I hoped to learn at the end of the class and I can proudly say now that I have achieved my goals in this class. The movie scene for this picture took place in The Grand Budapest Hotel during the elevator scene. What took most of my attention for this picture was the red walls of the elevator which made everything pop.

More often, online websites can be used automatically to make business cards for whatever you want. However, this project showed a creative side to business marketing. I enjoyed the time I spent with this project because it pushed me to think about not just making artwork. But also create- ing something that the public will have with them.

Introduction Post

      When I first decided to take Digital Media, I imagined the basics of drawing to come from your computer. However, after the first class I realized that it is a lot more than just drawing. This resulted in an increased interest for the class. When Professor Echeverry demonstrated all the things we are going to be learning and the skills to adapt to, it was quite intriguing but intimidating as well.       At home,   Long Island, New York I like to express myself through music and outdoor activities. Creativity isn't something I would necessarily say i'm skilled at, but it is something that has always caught my attention and fulfilled my creative side. By taking this class, I hope to expand my knowledge on digital media and learn the skills necessary to brighten my innovative self.
